Faz Farahani
Faz Farahani, owner
of PHI, is an ASHI certified home inspector who has inspected over a thousand residential and commercial structures since
2000. Faz is also a civil engineer with over 22 years of experience in Soil, Foundation, Framing, and Drainage Design. He
holds a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Civil Engineering and has been a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) since 1991
with the State of California (License number C45671)
Faz is an active member of several professional organizations,
including:
- The American Society
of Home Inspectors (ASHI)
- The American
Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)
- The
Governor’s Office of Emergency Services, Safety Assessment Program (Earthquake Damage Assessment)
